Eyana Carballo leads Global Commercial Strategy and Intellectual Property BCG Digital Ventures, a corporate investment and incubation subsidiary of Boston Consulting Group. In this role, Carballo is responsible for identifying global investment initiatives that drive new business, and enhance offerings and capabilities with emerging technology. She is also the leader of the Global Black Employee Affinity group.

Carballo has over 19 years of experience leading corporate innovation with Fortune 500 companies, and was recognized for those achievements in the 2020 Startup Guide Los Angeles, an Entrepreneur’s Handbook.

Eyana recently completed the Executive Program for General Management at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida A&M / Florida State College of Engineering, where she was a National Science Foundation recipient.

Carballo is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Project Management Institute, Small Business Association, and Autism Speaks. She is a passionate advocate for racial equity, and is an emerging voice where she mentors entrepreneurs with the Techstars Los Angeles Accelerator, and writes articles promoting DEI in the tech industry with PledgeLA, PledgeNY and dot.LA.

Carballo is married, and has an 12-year old son and 9-year old daughter. She currently resides in Manhattan Beach, California.
