Aisling Carlson (She/Her) is a community builder, entrepreneur and advisor to startups in the LA tech community. She serves as Diversity VC’s Go-to-Market Strategist to lead the public debut of its third edition report – DEI in the VC Value Chain – which aims to uncover the data-driven insights that might drive or deter DEI capital allocation across the VC value chain. Aisling also leads sponsorship and partner relations and has been integral in gaining support from leading financial institutions and corporations, including AWS and Silicon Valley Bank.
Aisling came to the LA tech community by way of Paris, London, and Hong Kong, having previously held leadership roles at Anthemis Group and Heidrick & Struggles based in the United Kingdom. Aisling was also Head of Partnerships at Flo Technologies, Inc. A keen curiosity for nature, literature, metaphysical exploration and ethics has also led Aisling to co-found Faura.co, a community for the intellectually curious and a project she is still involved with to this day.
