Carolyn Jones, Evolution Partner, is an executive coach, heart-centered leader, advisor, and champion of entrepreneurs. She also serves as the Program Director at Grid110, a Los Angeles-based early-stage startup accelerator. Her coaching practice is centered around parlaying her in-depth knowledge of scaling companies toward supporting founders in their evolution as leaders. Carolyn has coached and mentored hundreds of companies across a variety of different business verticals and stages – from ideation to MVP with early traction to venture-back founders looking to grow and scale. Founders have gone on to programs like Techstars, YCombinator, and 500 Startups.
