Chance concentrates his practice on a variety of corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Chance was a corporate associate at a prominent international law firm.
During law school, Chance was the editor-in-chief of the Columbia Journal of European Law and graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
