Jaren Grady has over 16 years of diversified construction experience and has played a key role in various construction project types worth over $750 million. His construction experiences include many commercial construction markets to include multi-family and hospitality. He has a proven track record of developing business relationships and has secured a project consisting of 84 apartments serving low-income community members in south Los Angeles that CRATE will be manufacturing this Fall.
Most recently, Mr. Grady served as Director of Marketing and Sales for SWS Inc, a leading specialty contractor focusing on light-gauge steel framing, as well as a prefab/off-site construction manufacturing plant in Los Angeles, CA. In that role, he was responsible for the company’s strategic marketing & sales plan, helping the company grow from a $35M to over $70M in annual revenue in three years. Prior to joining SWS Inc, Jaren worked as project manager, estimator, and business development manager for several national general contractors. Before entering the construction industry, Jaren was an Army Officer, and specialized in Military Intelligence. He is also a graduate of the University of Florida.
