Vice President of Operations | Spotter

Jon Bodenheimer is the Vice President of Operations at Spotter, the company fueling the
creator economy on YouTube. Spotter empowers top YouTube creators to accelerate their
business and unleash their full creative potential by giving them access to the capital,
knowledge, and community they need to succeed at scale. Dedicated to empowering creators
and fueling the creator economy, Spotter makes big bets on creators, providing them with
capital in exchange for the licensing rights to their existing catalogs.

Jon was a founding team member and joined the company in 2019. As Vice President of
Operations at Spotter, Jon has been a driving force behind the company’s culture and
operations as Spotter. Jon has also had an influential hand in almost every area of the
company, shaping a multitude of departments and processes from creator partnerships, to
advertising and data, to the organization’s day-to-day operations. Jon also served as Spotter’s
Interim Head of Marketing. In this role, Jon oversaw all of the development and implementation
of the company’s marketing, PR, and communications efforts.

Prior to joining Spotter, Jon was Director of Content Partnerships at Network of One. Jon started
his career at Egotrips, an entertainment transportation company based in Philadelphia. He
provided logistics support to Elton John, Katy Perry and Dua Lipa as well as many other major
recording artists on their North American tours
