Mr. Yung is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Western Bank and PacWest Bancorp. Mr. Yung was a Director of Pacific Western Bank and PacWest Bancorp from 2017 to 2021. He has served as executive chairman of the board of directors of Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc., a clean technology company, since 2010. He served as chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of Presbia PLC, an ophthalmic device company, from 2017 to 2019 and continued to serve as a director until 2020. He was co-founder and managing principal of OCV Management, LLC, an investor, owner and operator of technology and life science companies, from 2016 to 2019, and served as vice president and secretary of several such companies as part of his role with OCV. He served as managing director of Orchard Capital Corp., a venture capital and private equity firm, from 2006 to 2016.
