Montré Moore is the co-founder and CEO of AMP Beauty LA, a tech-forward destination on a mission to redefine beauty culture of all textures and shades. Founded in 2019, AMP Beauty LA’s e-commerce model addresses these challenges through a feature-rich platform, curated inventory focused on consumers of color, and beauty product discovery that is safe and effective.
Montré is a self-proclaimed “Beauty Boss,” empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs who share the purpose of moving the culture forward—experienced in managing prestige beauty for companies like Neiman Marcus and Revolve. She is an alumna of Clark Atlanta University and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, where she received degrees in PR and Beauty Industry Management.
