Rachel Horning has served the Southern California region as an experience designer and communications specialist for ten years, working to advance equity through strategic event design and production. Throughout her career, she has nurtured a passion for merging the tech sector with the nonprofit sector, which proved a match made in heaven during COVID as many non profits and impact brands sought virtual event support to keep their mission alive.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Rachel holds a degree from UC Berkeley. She is passionate about activating communities and is a self-proclaimed “human connector.” In her free time, you’ll find her trekking the Grand Canyon from rim to rim, rock climbing, and strengthening her yoga practice. Rachel currently resides in Northeast Los Angeles with her two cats Nina and Maya, where she gets her nature fix, without leaving the big city.
