Founder & CEO
Robyn Ward is a 20+ year veteran of the technology startup space. In 2016, she launched FounderForward, a leading coaching and training business that helps entrepreneurs and executives with leadership development, culture, and team-building. FounderForward has worked with many of LA’s hottest startups, including STEM, Ritual, Ordermark, Toucan, and Tala.
Prior to FounderForward, Robyn launched and ran the strategic investment arm of United Talent Agency, where she drove investments in Patreon, MikMak. HouseParty, and Thrive Market, among others. Before UTA, Robyn was a business development and operations executive who served on the early leadership teams of several venture-backed startups, including Docstoc (acquired by Intuit) and Verified Person (acquired by Sterling Talent Solutions).
Robyn also co-teaches Performance Mindset for Business at USC and is a sought-after speaker on topics relating to leadership, peak performance, culture, and emotional intelligence. In addition, she is a champion of diversity and equality and serves as an advisor to The Female Quotient and Steve Case’s Rise of the Rest Fund, as well as sitting on the Board of Women Founders Network (WFN).
